(Des Moines, IA) -- The Polk County Sheriff’s Office says two missing kids have been found safe.
Eight-year-old Zafira Serrano and her 4-year-old brother Paul “PJ” Serrano were reported missing after a supervised visit with their biological parents at Skateland Friday night.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office says the parents left the roller rink with the children without permission.
