(Des Moines, IA) -- Des Moines Police are sharing a surveillance video they say shows the shooter of Shakuir Gipson, on April 1st. Police say Gipson was shot in the 600 block of Indiana Avenue and died at the hospital, becoming the city's 7th homicide of 2023. Police say the video shows the moments before the deadly shooting.
