(Muscatine, IA) -- Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds is issuing a disaster proclamation for Allamakee and Muscatine Counties due to Friday's Mississippi River flooding.
The proclamation makes the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and the Disaster Care Management Program available to the two counties.
The Governor issued disaster proclamations in five counties for flooding on April 25th.
