(Davenport, IA) -- The Mississippi River is expected to crest in the Quad Cities today.
The river has reached a major flood stage in the Quad Cities at 21.4 feet at Rock Island this morning.
The National Weather Service says the river is expected to crest at 21.6 feet today.
