(Fort Dodge, IA) -- Police are looking for a teen accused in a deadly shooting in Fort Dodge at 100 N. 10th Street. Eighteen-year-old Patrick Walker of Fort Dodge died after being shot last (Tuesday) night. A second man, 20-year-old Silas Hall, was also shot, but is recovering. An arrest warrant has been issued for 17-year-old Davonquae Pettigrew ( AKA D.J.) of Fort Dodge. He's chrged with a forcible felony, which results in him being charged as an adult for First Degree Murder.
Pettigrew is 17 years old, 5’8” tall, and weighing 130 pounds, and police say he should be considered armed and dangerous. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Mr. Pettigrew, they are encouraged to contact law enforcement immediately. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact the Fort Dodge Police Department or submit information anonymously via Crime Stoppers. Detectives are also looking for video footage of the events Tuesday night.
