(Iowa) -- The Iowa Democratic Party releases its plan for the 2024 Iowa Caucuses.
The plan includes both mail-in and in-person caucuses, however registered Democrats will only be able to select their presidential preference by mail. Democrats can request a presidential ballot card online or by mail and will have a period of time to fill it out and return it by mail. In-person precinct caucuses will be held to elect precinct committee members and delegates to county conventions.
The in-person caucuses will be held Monday, February 5th, the same day as the 2024 Iowa Republican caucuses.
