Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol Tech Crimes Unit, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations, the Montgomery County,Texas Precinct 1 Constables Office, and the Kearney, Nebraska Police Department, arrest a Kearney man in connection with a child exploitation investigation.
The Texas law officers contacted Nebraska regarding the case and had identified a suspect in Kearney.
Nebraska State Troopers carried out a search warrant at a residence in Kearney, and arrested 33 - year old Nicholas Kitzing on four warrants from Montgomery County, Texas for possession with the intent to promote child pornography.
Kitzing is in the in Buffalo County Jail, and the investigation continues.
