(Iowa) -- A new national study ranks Iowa in the bottom half of states seeing worker resignations.
WalletHub ranks Iowa 37th on a survey of all 50 states and the District of Columbia comparing the percentages of workers resigning from their jobs. The study is based on last month's resignation rate compared to the resignation rate a year ago. The resignation rate in Iowa last month was 2%, down from 2.68% a year ago. The state seeing the largest number of worker resignations is Louisiana, and the state seeing the fewest resignations is Massachusetts.
