The four people charged in connection with the murder of an Omaha man are bound over to Douglas County District Court for trial after a hearing in County Court.
Jacob Thornley and Justin Thornley are charged with second-degree murder, Braden Bongers is charged with first-degree assault, and Christina Thornley is charged with accessory to murder.
Prosecutors say 68-year-old Gary Lew was assaulted at a Omaha home before his body was found in a Lancaster County ditch last month.
