Omaha Police investigate a late night shooting .
Officers were called to a hospital emergency room late Wednesday to talk to a 31-year old male victim.
He told police he was involved in a disturbance near 49th and Hamilton Streets, and as he drove away, he was shot.
Investigators say his wounds are non-life threatening.
