Omaha Fire Investigators say a fire at a Lozier building in the heavy industrial and railroad area north of Eppley airport was accidental in nature: an electrical problem.
They say it was quickly brought under control after arriving firefighters reported seeing smoke.
No injuries are reported as everyone safely evacuated;
The fire near Pershing and Abbott Drives was called in around 5 a.m.
