(Cedar Falls, IA) -- Two people whose kayak overturned are safe after being rescued Monday.
Cedar Falls Police and Fire received reports of the overturned kayak near the First Street Bridge. First responders located the two kayakers hanging onto a large log in the river. The two were rescued and were uninjured. Their kayak was later recovered.
