(Geneseo, IL) -- The City of Geneseo is restricting water use because of the drought.
The City Council has passed a Water Emergency Response Ordinance, with the City at Tier 2 this week.
That bans irrigation systems and yard sprinklers.
Only a garden hose with a low-flow nozzle or a watering can is allowed, and only on limited days.
