The suspect in the standoff and shots fired call in a Omaha' Westroads Mall parking lot will make an initial appearance this afternoon in Douglas County Court.
Police say 18-year old Anthony Martinez of North Platte eventually surrendered to officers Wednesday night after he fired a gun toward the mall, shot at an unoccupied, parked vehicle, threatened to shoot officers, and take his own life.
No injuries were reported.
