Omaha Police say officers were called to the area of 28th Avenue and Whitmore Street and found a man in his 30s suffering from gunshot wounds.
Investigators say the victim was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries Wednesday night.
Police are interviewing potential witnesses as the investigation continues.
