Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded is $3.37 a gallon, up four cents from this time last week. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:
- Des Moines: $3.41
- Ames: $3.47
- Cedar Rapids: $3.37
- Iowa City: $3.42
- Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.35
- Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.65
- Dubuque: $3.46
- Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.42
- Sioux City: $3.20
- Council Bluffs: $3.29
The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.59 a gallon.
