(Iowa) -- A new national study ranks Iowa among the top ten states for the shortest average commute time.
Digital Public Relations agency Storial Media compiled data on one-way commute times in all 50 states, and found Iowa has the seventh shortest one-way commute time in the country at 19.7 minutes. South Dakota comes in at number one for the shortest one-way commute time in the nation at 17.4 minutes, and the longest one-way commute time in the country is found in New York, at 31.4 minutes.
