(Grimes, IA) -- The Grimes city council is approving plans to build new apartments and townhomes as the city continues its rapid growth.
At the city council meeting on Tuesday, July 25th, the city approved plans for the Hope District Apartments and Townhomes. Once completed, the site will feature 230 apartments, 80 townhomes, as well as a clubhouse with a gym and a pool. The gated community will be developed at NE Gateway Drive and NE Beaverbrooke Boulevard near the GrimesPlex.
