The City of Omaha Public Works Department says some Omaha residents may have solid waste collections delays today, August 4th.
"FCC" employees will be attending funeral services for a co-worker, which may result in some areas having incomplete collections on Friday.
They say additional staff has been assigned on Saturday to complete any collections.
Residents are asked to make sure that carts are set out by 6 a.m. on the day of collection.
Missed collections may be reported to the Solid Waste Hotline at 402-444-5238 after 7:00 p.m. on the scheduled collection day.
