(Brownsville, TX) -- A man from Nebraska is arrested in Texas on charges he embezzled close to a million dollars from a non-profit transportation service. Jeffrey Stewart used to work for Norfolk's North Fork Area Transit and is accused of making false time sheets, gambling with the company's money, and writing fake bills. Stewart was arrested in Brownsville, Texas last month after spending time in Mexico. He's charged with theft of funds and is waiting to be extradited back to Nebraska.
