(Perry, IA) -- A car slams into a Perry home, causing major damages.
The crash happened at around 11 a.m. on Monday at 1619 Willis Avenue.
A neighbor believes the driver has a medical condition that caused them to collide with the two-story home.
Police say nobody was home at the time, but the house is now slanted due to the crash.
The driver only sustained minor injuries and is expected to survive.
The level of damage to the home has not been completely assessed, however, the car is considered to be totaled.
Police have not released any more details.
