(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- There will be 90 witnesses and over 100 different items of evidence in the Henry Dinkins trial this month. Dinkins is the man accused of kidnapping and killing Davenport 10-year-old Breasia Terrell. Some of the evidence includes a machete, a gun, and some of Terrell's clothes. Witnesses include the fishermen that found her body, Terrells mother, and law enforcement involved in the case. Jury selection is underway today. The trial is expected to last five weeks and if convicted Dinkins would get a mandatory life sentence.
