(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Police Department says they have identified the person whose body was found in the Cedar River earlier this month.
Police say the body is that of 53 year-old Kevin Finch of Ankeny. Investigators say the body was found floating in the water on August 20th.
Finch is believed to have died of natural causes, and investigators say they do not suspect foul play.
