(Davenport, IA) -- A man is shot, and two others are in custody after a verbal argument between two people.
At around 5:15 a.m. Sunday, police responded to Genesis East Hospital to discover a 32-year-old male with a minor gunshot wound.
The victim had driven himself to the hospital after the shooting.
An investigation revealed an argument between two people escalated into a shooting.
Officers then responded to the scene of the shooting at a house on West 70th Street with a search warrant where they found 34-year-old Donald Barton and 28-year-old Serena Wiles barricaded inside.
After a short standoff, both were arrested and are facing charges.
Police are continuing to investigate.
