(Johnston, IA) -- Multiple city buildings in Johnston will close at noon on Friday for a public service recognition event.
Those buildings include:
- City Hall
- Public Safety Building
- Public Works Building
- Johnston City Library
The city says emergency services will still be available, and the drop box outside City Hall will remain open around the clock.
