In a year celebrating the Centennial of Nebraska Memorial Stadium, the Husker football team opens the home portion of its schedule on Saturday.
NU hosts Northern Illinois of the Mid-American Conference in a game that kicks off at six p.m. CDT.
The game will be televised on FS1 as the Huskers look for their first win of the season.
The Huskies come in with a 1 and 1 record.
In addition to the celebration of the stadium's 100th year, it will be Matt Rhule's first game in Lincoln as Head Coach of the Big Red .
