Omaha Police release the name of the driver who was killed in a traffic crash at Happy Hollow Blvd. and Dodge Street.
OPD Accident Investigators say 32-year old Robert Lane was driving a Maxima northbound on Happy Hollow Monday evening when it drifted left, leaving the roadway.
Police say the vehicle went down a grass embankment and struck a tree.
Officers also say the driver was unrestrained.
Omaha Fire Paramedics took Lane to a hospital with lifesaving measures in progress, but Police say he was declared dead shortly after arrival.
There were no other injuries;
