(Moline, IL) -- The Moline Fire Department is investigating a fire that engulfed two homes.
According to a news release emergency crews responded to reports of a fire at around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night at a home on the 700 block of 13th Street.
Crew members say upon arrival, they discovered a small, two-story home fully engulfed in flames.
They say the heat from the fire caused the flames to spread to a second home nearby.
Crews were able to extinguish both fires in about 30 minutes.
No injuries were reported and no one was home during the incident.
