(Davenport, IA) -- All seven lawsuits involving the partial collapse of a Davenport apartment building in May have been combined. A Scott County judge ruled that all the cases have similar issues of law, fact, and the same defendants. He says consolidating the suits will reduce the time spent by both sides in every case. The suits include accusations of wrongful death, and compensation for property damages.
