Iowa Providing More Childcare Grant Funds To Employers

(Des Moines, IA) -- The state of Iowa is putting up another $5 million to encourage employers to offer childcare benefits to workers.

It's the third round of funding by the state.

Employers can apply for a grant of up to $250,000 to help employees reserve childcare slots for employees.

Employers can join a state Health and Human Services department Zoom meeting on how to apply on Tuesday, October 10th at 12:00 p.m.

Grant requests are due by November 2nd.
