The Fremont County, Iowa Sheriff's Office says a man is in custody, accused of two cases of sexual abuse.
Investigators say 29-year old Donald Wayne Riggins Junior has been booked for two counts of Sexual Abuse 3rd Degree, a Class C Felony, and two counts of Indecent Exposure, a Serious Misdemeanor.
The Sheriff says the arrest comes after a report of a sexual assault on Saturday in Sidney, which led to a second report of an assault from this past Summer.
The Sheriff says if anyone has any other information in this case, they are asked to contact the Fremont County, Iowa Sheriff's Office at 712-374-2424, ask for Sgt. Wake, or call your local law enforcement agency.
