(Moline, IL) -- City of Moline employees have a new contract. Moline City Council approved a three-year deal with the union representing just over 140 workers in the Parks and Recreation, Public Works, Utilities, and Finance departments. They'll receive a general 5% pay bump this year, 2.5% in 2024, and 2.75% in 2025.
