(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Linn County residents will have somewhere to get rid of old medication on National Drug Takeback Day.
As Saturday, April 22nd is National Drug Takeback Day, the Linn County Sheriff's Office will be collecting unwanted, unused, or expired prescription medication.
The event is part of the nationwide prescription drug Take-Back Day with the Drug Enforcement Administration
The free and anonymous event will take place at the Linn County Sheriff’s Office West Parking Lot, located at 310 2nd Ave. SW or the Springville Fire Station from 10:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m.
