Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen announces that all U.S. and Nebraska flags are to be flown at half staff to remember and memorialize the victims of the deadly shooting in Lewiston, Maine earlier this week.
The flags are to be flown at half staff until sunset on Monday, October 30th, in accordance with a request from the White House.
