(Toledo, IA) -- The Iowa Department of Public Safety has cancelled an endangered person advisory after two siblings were reported missing. The advisory issued by the Toledo, Iowa Police Department was for 9-year-old Billy Hernandez-Alvarado, and 8-year-old Ashley Hernandez-Alvarado. The two have been found safely. No other details were provided.
