(Johnston, IA) -- A section of NW Beaver Drive in Johnston is being reduced to one lane due to a construction project.
The city says Elder Corporation is doing utility construction at Carmel Hyperion Development to connect water and sewer lines. Drivers should expect delays in the area. Workers also had to remove a section of bike trail.
The city says stop lights will be in place, and flaggers will be on-site to help direct traffic.
