(Iowa City, IA) -- Drivers in Iowa City can expect possible delays between Iowa Avenue and Jefferson Street.
Northbound traffic will be down ton one lane in that area as part of construction work on the Centennial Building Steam Replacement Project at the University of Iowa. The project is expected to be completed by November 17th.
