(Rock Island, IL) -- An East Moline woman charged with hitting and killing two men on the I-74 bridge pedestrian path last year is going to prison. 46 year-old Chabria [[CHU-bree-UH]] Harris is receiving a 20-year sentence after pleading guilty to one count of aggravated DUI causing death. Police say she was drunk when she hit three men who were walking over the bridge in May 2022, killing two of them.
