(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Drivers in Cedar Rapids can expect delays 1st Avenue E starting Wednesday, November 15th.
Eastbound traffic is down to one lane between 40th Street and Glenbrook Drive as part of a road repair project. The city says the project is expected to take three days.
