(Davenport, IA) -- A 21 year-old Davenport man is charged with murder in the death of his 7-week old daughter. Devion Woods faces a life sentence for causing what Davenport Police say were multiple head injuries listed as the cause of the child's death.
An autopsy showed the baby suffered brain and spinal cord hemorrhaging, and facial contusions.
A tenant in the same building reported to police that they heard loud thumps and a man yelling 'stop crying.'
