(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Multiple streets are closing in Cedar Rapids for the Turkey Trot 5k Run/Walk this Thanksgiving.
According to the city of Cedar Rapids, from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. the streets that will be closed include 3rd Street SE from 9th Avenue SE to 16th Avenue SE, 16th Avenue SE/SW from 3rd Street SE to C Street SW, C Street SW from 16th Avenue SW to 21st Avenue/Bowling Street SW and 21st Avenue SW from C Street SW to the Linn County Solid Waste entrance.
There will also be a "No Parking/Tow Away" zone on the closed streets.
The run/walk will start at 8:00 a.m. Thursday, November 23rd.
