Omaha Fire Investigators say a building fire early Wednesday morning in Southwest Omaha was accidental in nature.
The fire department says firefighters went to the scene near 104th and J Streets around 4 a.m. for an automatic fire detection signal.
On arrival, firefighters saw heavy smoke, and more firefighters and equipment were called in.
Investigators say the fire was quickly put out, and the scene secured in about 45 minutes.
The fire department estimates damage at 40-thousand dollars.
