(Moline, IL) -- Changes are coming to utility billing in Moline. Starting in January, residents will receive monthly, instead of quarterly bills for water, sewer, storm water and sanitation.
The change will allow residents to monitor usage more closely, and frequently; reduce the seasonal fluctuation in billing amounts, and make it easier to budget monthly.
