(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Cedar Rapids police are looking for help in catching a Grinch.
Someone has been stealing extension cords used for public Christmas light displays. The thefts have occurred in several public parks including Green Square where only one of dozens of trees was still lit.
Cedar Rapids Police say if residents know anything, or see thieves when they're stealing, to contact them.
