The forecasters at the Omaha National Weather Service Office in Valley say a strong storm system is still on track to make it to the Omaha/Council Bluffs region this holiday weekend into early next week, with most areas receiving beneficial rains while others see a 5% to 10% chance of minor travel impacts.
Those travelling to the west will face increasing chances for widespread snow on I-80.
