In Nebraska Friday, the average price of a gallon of regular is 2.88; cheaper in the Omaha Metro area.
In iowa, it's 2.82, with lower prices in Pottawattamie County and south along the I-29 corridor toward Missouri.
Triple A says the national average Friday is 3.12 per gallon.
