(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The name of a suspect involved in a deadly chase and shootout with Cedar Rapids Police is being released.
CRPD say they were pursuing 20 year-old Michael Griffin of Cedar Rapids as a suspect in reported drive-by shooting. Griffin reportedly shot at officers with an AR-15 rifle multiple times during the chase.
He was fatally wounded when police returned gunfire.
