(Rock Island, IL) -- The Scott County Sheriff's Office is releasing the name of a woman killed in a three-vehicle crash in LeClaire on Tuesday.
70-year-old Karen Dugan of rural Scott County was killed when her white Buick was pushed into an oncoming lane of traffic by a 2008 Lexus ES350, driven by 56-year-old Van Le of Davenporton on Highway 67, about a mile west of I-80 on Great River Road.
The other vehicle involved in the accident was an Infiniti driven by 46-year-old Sebastian Kidangayil of Bettendorf.
No further information on this accident at this time, this accident remains under investigation.
