The plowing and shoveling from one big winter storm generally wraps us, as another system comes toward the Omaha/Council Bluffs region.
This one is forecast to have plunging temperatures.
The Omaha Office of the National Weather Service in Valley says a Winter Storm Watch will be up from Thursday afternoon into Friday afternoon.
Then the cold: Forecasters say a Wind Chill Advisory will be in effect from midnight Thursday night through noon Friday, and a Wind Chill Watch will run from Friday evening through NEXT Tuesday morning.
