(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The City of Cedar Rapids will mark it's 175th anniversary today. The public is invited to join city leaders who will dedicate a time capsule at City Hall at 2 p.m. this afternoon to recognize the day Cedar Rapids was officially incorporated with the state of Iowa -- January 15th, 1849.
